aku ga paham mau ngetik apaan malam ini.

incase… banyak sekali hal di kepalaku yang memenuhi rongga-rongganya dan meronta untuk ditumpahkan sejenak dalam sebaris tulisan.

tetapi ? apa sejatinya aku lupa bagaimana mengekspresikannya ? atau karena aku sudah terlalu sering untuk memperlihatkannya ?

kepastian yang pasti dan tak dapat dipungkiri adalah aku sudah merambah pada suatu peta kehidupan baru yang harus ku jalani dan bagaimana kedepannya kuputuskan sendiri. aku tidak begitu menyukai keadaan ini, ya, memang begitu keadaannya. so what ? yang penting aku berusaha untuk enjoy menjalaninya.

kita ngobrol tentang apa ya ini ? ah entah, abstrak saja kemana jari dan otak ini memimpin tulisan ini terketik. aku mah oke-oke ajah. pilihan adalah hal yang selalu dihadapkan di dalam kehidupan. suatu pilihan yang sulit untuk diputuskan adalah ketika kita sudah berjalan sampai di pertengahan kemudian ternyata jalan tersebut merupakan jalan menuju jurang. jadi ? mau nyemplung apa mau puter balik ? hayo… hayoo… hayoooo…

untuk seseorang yang pengambil risiko tinggi mungkin akan melompat.

tapi kalau aku ? mundur aja. cari jalan lain. eh you good bye yah!

*Pindang Suwir Oyster*

Original recipe by @pandan_design :*

Bahan :
– Pindang
– Bawang merah
– Bawang putih
– Cabai merah
– Garam
– Gula merah
– Tomat
– Oyster sauce
– Kecap manis
– Kecap asin

Cara :
– Pindang dipisahkan dari kepala dan durinya, disuwir.
– Bawang merah, putih, cabai, tomat dipotong.
– Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai sampai harum.
– Tambahkan garam, 1 sdm kecap asin, gula merah (diiris tipis agar cepat leleh), kecap manis, dan oyster sauce 1 sdm. Tumis hingga harum.
– Tambahkan suwiran pindang, masak hingga matang.
– Tambahkan potongan tomat, angkat.
– Sajikan….. Nyaaam…..
